I'm highly collaborative and love building teams, working with teams and turning young talent into award-winning creatives. My clients love me despite pushing them to do work that makes them a little uncomfortable.

As much as anyone can in this industry, I try to check my ego at the door every morning and still have the naive notion that the next project is going to be my best one yet.
